I will be doing my colloquium and will be using existing questionnaires.

I would like to know if there are authors/authorities who say that an existing questionnaire need not be validated.
The questionnaires I will use were already validated and the reliability is good; even their cross-cultural validity and reliability were good. I just want to cite or mention some authors saying that an existing questionnaire does not need further validation.
